A leading manufacturing company needed a more consistent and engaging approach to technical training. With employees entering the floor at different skill levels, inconsistent onboarding was leading to delays, errors, and safety concerns. I partnered with internal stakeholders—including production managers, safety leads, and experienced technicians—to design a structured technical training program that balanced clarity, engagement, and hands-on learning.
Getting buy-in from current employees was key to success. I collected feedback from floor teams and integrated their insights into the experience. The program featured free snacks and drinks, gamified elements, tool handling practice, classroom discussion, and guest keynote speakers who were experts in the technical skills being taught.

Audience: 600+ production employees, across multiple shifts and locations
Delivery Format: Blended training including instructor-led sessions, gamification practice, hands-on tool practice, group discussions, and expert keynote speakers.
