As AI tools became part of everyday workflows, from content generation to data analysis, the company saw a growing need to guide employees on safe and ethical usage. I collaborated with stakeholders from compliance, IT, and HR to lead the end-to-end development of a training program that made complex AI concepts clear and actionable. The goal was to create a scalable solution that educated employees on core AI principles, aligned behavior with company policy, and helped reduce risk across the organization.
🌲 Scope of Work:
Audience: Over 2,000 employees across departments including engineering, marketing, operations, and HR
Delivery Format: Interactive eLearning module using Articulate Rise, supplemented with downloadable job aids and team discussion guides
Topics Covered:
What AI is (and isn't) in the workplace
Core company AI policy and acceptable use standards
Ethical considerations and bias awareness
Data privacy and responsible input/output handling
Realistic examples of safe vs. risky AI usage in daily tasks

Completion Rate: 96% company-wide within the first 3 weeks of launch
Knowledge Retention: Average quiz score of 92% on the post-module assessment
Behavioral Impact: Follow-up survey showed 78% of participants felt more confident identifying responsible vs. inappropriate AI use
Scalability: The training module was later adapted for onboarding use and translated for regional teams
